  3. Leadership MILE
    The Leadership MILE workshop aims to help leaders 'Motivate, Inspire, Learn, and Empower' their teams. Workshop Attendees are armed with a number of new skills to enhance team outcomes. This includes but is not limited to exploring various motivational techniques, enhancing listening skills, accountability measures, empowering staff, and driving results.
  4. Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessments
    The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The E.L.I. forms the initial launching point for the Energy Leadership Development System, helping give you a baseline for your current performance and situation. Whether you proceed through the full system or not, the realizations that you'll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.

    Taking on a leadership role goes well beyond a fancy title and some direct reports. Organizations come to us to offer guidance to new and existing leaders that struggle to define success for their teams, have difficulty connecting with staff members, encounter difficulty when working to hold employees accountable. We help leaders analyze issues and encourage them to factor how all stakeholders are affected prior to making decisions.

    We work closely with clients to understand desired outcomes and help them to define Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound (SMART) goals. Once defined, we assist clients with establishing accountability measures that work for the organization, as well as their employees.
